毛氏红烧肉'Mao Family’s Braised Pork'

       1958412日,毛主席视察火宫殿,并品尝了火宫殿的湘菜和小吃,其中就有一道红烧肉毛主席说:家乡的红烧肉,吃哒健脑长寿正是这句平常话使红烧肉备受世人喜爱。火宫殿的厨师也因势利导,将红烧肉做得色泽红亮、肥而不腻、落口消融,取名为:毛氏红烧肉。让这道传统湘菜融入伟人情怀而更加走红。


       On 12th April, 1958, Chairman Mao visited Huogongdian and tasted Hunan dishes and snacks here, among which was Braised Pork. Chairman Mao said: “Braised Pork in Hunan is good for brain and helps people live longer.” It is such common words makes braised pork popular. Chefs in Huogongdian improved it to be bright red, fat but not greasy and melt-in-the mouth and named it Mao Family’s Braised Pork, making it more popular because of Chairman Mao.

配料:干红尖椒5只,桂皮少许,菜心12只
调料:龙牌酱油30克,甜酒汁30克,精盐4克,味精2克,植物油100克
